Governors are drawn from across the local community with differing experiences and expertise.  This creates a broad level of knowledge which is used to enhance progress wherever possible.  Some members of the Governor Body are parents of children at Broadway.

The Governing Body exists to support and advise the Headteacher and her team in running Broadway for the benefit of the education and enjoyment of its pupils, to provide a productive and creative workplace for its staff and happy environment for all.
