We are a 'Good' school (Ofsted, October 2023). "Pupils are proud to be part of Broadway Junior School. Leaders are skilled and reflective. Classrooms are positive places for pupils to learn."

Headteacher’s Welcome

Welcome to Broadway Junior School.

The information on our school website has been designed with our families, and prospective families, in mind. If you are already a member of our school community, I hope you find the information included helpful, up-to-date and relevant in helping to clarify any questions or outline information that you may need.

If you are considering our school for your child/ren, I hope the detail gives you a flavour of our wonderful school which is filled with happy, hardworking pupils. They are taught by our dedicated, longstanding team.

I am proud to be the Headteacher here after many years of successful school leadership in different, nearby local authorities.

I joined Broadway Junior School in September 2023 where I now juggle the joy of school leadership with the busy demands of also raising my own, two children.

Becoming a dad, and choosing a school for them, has enabled me to fully appreciate the important process that our families have gone through when deciding that Broadway will be entrusted with the next steps in their child’s educational journey (throughout Key Stage 2 - Y3 to Y6). A time that will only ever happen once!

We, at Broadway, fully recognise the responsibility that has been placed upon us to ensure that this is a time filled with happiness, success and achievement for everyone!

Ofsted (October 2023) have summarised many of the amazing things about our school but you need to see it for yourself.

I am very lucky to work with a team of dedicated and hardworking professionals who love what they do. School life really is something special.

If you have any queries or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via the details included on our site.
